if it doesn't meet your requirements.
It's a bunch of shell scripts intented to work on *NIX systems but
hopefully it could work on cygwin.

cvs server is installed on the Linux debian (it's working fine: but
whenlogging with telnet i got no such repository too).
Wincvs is installed on a winNT client on the same LAN.
we have one debian linux server, one NT server, and many NT client.
