I have a user who created a branch tag on a file and wishes to have it removed. Nothing was committed to the branch. CVS refuses to delete the tag. Is it because there was no commit to the branch? The message I get from CVS (version 1.11.9) is cvs tag: Not removing branch tag `cr-1577' from '/
