RE: How to tag a large Project

2004-09-08 Thread Erik Andersson
Don't tag the repository remotely. Tag only the revisions in your local sandbox. Then you are sure of exactly what revisions gets tagged. Regards / Erik -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Jacinle Young Sent: den 7 september 2004 03:40 To: [EM

CVS plugin for WSAD

2004-09-08 Thread prem pathak
Hi All, I found that few features of CVS plugin for WSAD DOES NOT work properly if the CVS server is configured to use a repository prefix. Also it’s a global property which means I can’t turn that selectively ON and OFF for different repositories in the same CVS server. I am using CVSNT on WinN

No. In my opinion there is no such direct mechanism available. -Rohan Paras jain wrote: Dear List, Can I restrict some users to create a branch in the repository? Any link or comments in this direction is helpful. Thanks and Regards Paras ---

2004-09-08 Thread Lynch, Harold

How to handle cariage retrun ?

2004-09-08 Thread Didier
Hi, I tried to find a response to my problem in the archives, but I didn't. I use WinCvs Client to manage files on a linux Cvs server. No problems when I do this way. Now I wanted to upload a text file (zipped on Windows) via ftp and then unzip and commit it directly on the server (using telnet).
