more for that file.
I think the problem error occurred writing the new RCS file(test.pas,
v) in the repository. But I am not sure how to fix it. Does anyone has
any idea?
Thanks,
Anthony

I have already used cvs login successfully with my

on the machine.
Any ideas how to fix this?

I checked it out in my own directory as 'ettinger'.
CVS/Root has /usr/local/shared/cvs in it. The
subdirectory kp2 is owned by mark, but this is the
repository, as far as i know.

Thanks for your quick response. It was a clue from another respondant that
put me on the right track. Turns out I had a bad .cvsrc file in my home
directory. All is well with the world again (but I came -this- close to
using your suggestion!)

doucmentation including the Don

anyone can shed some light on this problem, it would be much

Any idea what I may be doing wrong?
BTW, I am using the WinCVS 1.1b12 on NT 4.0 and
cvs 1.10.6 on RedHat 6.1.
Thanks,

6.1 for the server? I wonder if this problem
occurs on any systems other than Red Hat Linux?
Anyhow, I am still hoping that someone who has had this problem and fixed it
will be able to shed some light on it.
