Hi there,
I know how to use shell command to rollback a file version, but how could I
use WinCVS to do so?

I have set up a CVS (version 1.11) under Linux and it is working OK.
How could I make only one person could edit a file and lock others out?
Currently it can let more than 2 developers to edit the same file at the
same time. How to overcome this problem?
Thank you for your help.
Regards,
