by root..
chgrp -R root $CVSROOT/CVSROOT
chmod 700 or 750
or can i say
chmod ug+rwx . $CVSROOT/CVSROOT

if i would leave the default settings in the config file to
'SystemAuth=no' so this means that the pserver will look into the system
users, right?
so in this case how do i restrict users from accessing other projects?

i cant get the port 2401 running as i do 'nmap localhost' i can't find
the service running...
i already did '/etc/rc.d/init.d/xinetd restart' to restart the service
..
i do remember before editing the '/etc/xinetd.conf' but as i tried it
now it wont..

I got the port running now im not sure if this im facing now with the
