Hi all,
I am facing some problem while importing dir to cvs server. It is giving error as "no such user"
Here is what I did:
cvs -d /usr/local/cvsroot init
/usr/sbin/useradd cvs
cd /usr/local/cvsroot
chown -R cvs.cvs .
chmod ug+rwx . CVSROOT
vi /etc/xinetd.d/cvs and added these lines:
serv
thanks Larry.. after removing ':' after password in CVSROOT/passwd, import works successfully.
