share. Everyone's work area (sandbox) would be on their own machines,

the project I'm working in is thinking of moving to CVS. Currently we use
SCCS - this was fine in the past, where we only worked on the latest version
of our code. Now however, we have three versions. The first two versions are
existing releases that are being maintained - the latest version
