CVS binary for Unisys MCP

Does anyone know of a binary (or even a successful build) of the CVS client for Unisys' MCP operating system? We would like to look at the possibility of version controlling our mainframe COBOL code and need to know if our mainframe can directly interact with the CVS repository. My background

Well, any chance of a binary requires a C compiler and I couldn't tell from the GCC doc contents http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc-3.4.0/gcc/ which is the right hardware model. You've given us what I assume are system and OS names. Can you translate that into an CPU make and model? Check the
