Hi, I have two versions of the CVS client installed on a WinNT box here: 1) cvs.exe that comes with WinCVS 1.3 (cvs.exe version is 1.11.1.3) 2) cvs.exe that comes with Cygwin (cvs.exe version is 1.11)
Now, when I check out a project from our repository (which is a Linux box running Debian) using the Cygwin cvs.exe and then do a "cvs up" using the WinCVS cvs.exe a lot of files are marked "Locally modified" although I haven't touched them. When I do a diff on the files marked as modified I don't see any. I configured WinCVS to check out text files with Unix EOLs so that doesn't seem to be the problem. Does someone have an idea what might be causing these phantom modifications? Thanks, Christian Schmitt _______________________________________________ Info-cvs mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/info-cvs
