Kenneth,
I think you are trying to do the same thing I´m doing. Take a look at
"Module aliases" thread, specially the email I sent yesterday.
Let me and xyzzy know if it works because I´ve tested Jim.Hyslop's solution
but it doesn't work.
Thanks in advance,

OK, I've been following along for a couple of days, but I'm still stuck on
this. I have a web project which encompasses a few portals; there are
essentially 4 sites, each of which uses some common code, & some private code.
I've been keeping the 4 sites separately in CVS for a few months now, bu

Very cool, Jim, thanks so much.
One final question that you touched on in passing... is it enough to just
restart the CVS server after I change this directory structure? Or, does CVS
keep state information over restarts, so that all
Hi Jim,
Thanks a lot... this is getting much closer to what I need (and, of course,
any problems here are because of my unclear exposition!)

project/
a (dir)
b (dir)
c (dir)
aa (file)
bb (file)
What I want to do is define an alias in the modules file that will give me
only the "b" directory AND the "aa" and "bb" files.
