I changed a file and then invoked the following command: cvs commit -r 3.0 Text9.txt. I updated the log file. The file was set to revision 3.0 and tagged 3.0. Then I changed the file again and tried to commit it. The following error occurred: cvs commit -m Testing text9.txt (in directory
