Is this an "expected" behaviour?
I recognized this phenomenon too. But I didn't think of old entries in the
registy.
Can those old entries be the reason for that behaviour???
On which event will the "modified" flag in wincvs be created?
Touch, save, sync with repository...? Is there a "log"-file?
As a follow-up - I solved the problem by deleting the WinCVS branch in the
Windows Registry. There were some obsolete settings that the original
uninstall did not remove. After deleting the WinCVS settings from the
registry and restarting Windows - WinCVS was back to normal.
