Can anyone comment here about the origin of this error message?
Unable to initialize the cvs process (error 2)
The cvs used is : C:\Program Files\GNU\WinCvs 1.3\cvs.exe
The error occurred as a result of the user attempting to do a "tag selection" on a
large number of selected files.

I get the following error when starting up wincvs:
Error while accessing C:\Macros (error 2)
Then it proceeds to log into CVSROOT with no problem. What is this error?
Is it something I need to be concerned about?
