cvs server not translating line endings correctly

We've just noticed that DOS line endings are finding their way into our CVS repository (or maybe I don't fully understand how things are supposed to work). Here is our configuration: Client: NT 4.0 cygwin/cvs 1.11 winCvs 1.2 The problem seems independent of whether we use cvs that comes with
