I had the same problem To remove the quota, you have to go in the /var/imap/quota directoryand remove the quota by hand ( the quota file name is user.name, so you can easily find the quota that stay ) Then launch /usr/cyrus/bin/quota -f ( don't launch the quota unix command ) to reconstruct t
