I compiled the cyrus-imap2 port from the FreeBSD ports collection. I then
had a long time figuring out how to get kerberos authentication to work.
In the end, i succeeded, so i can now log on

Make sure you are running the version you think you are. Try which -a
cryadm. Last time I got a seg fault on cyrus utilities it was because
old versions were sitting in /usr/local/

useful... I tried compiling the cyrrestore in 2.1.11 but had no luck...
