Mailbox locked because and idle pop3d process

I have the same problem related to the thread "idle pop3d never times out" with Cyrus 2.0.16. A user has closed his pop3 client in the middle of downloading the mails with W2000 and OE. The following times the user has tried to download his mail the server has responded "IN-USE...", and after reboo

Anyone using web-cyradm? What I'm wondering is: Besides this being a awesome tool. I was wondering if users can log in to change their passwords and/or alias? If not how does anyone go about giving users access to them? How about web-sieve? Anything that the uses can use to manipulate sieve?
