Hi
All,
Ok, I am new to this
so forgive me if this has been asked a million times!
I am using SuSE 8.2,
Exim 4 and Cyrus. Everything works great except if someone types the user
portion of the address in the wrong case. Is there any way of turning this
functionality off?
I'm trying to replace a postfix - procmail - uw-imap - squirrelmail
configuration with postfix - cyrus-imap - squirrelmail
installation.
Are there any recommended readings on sieve so that I can start replacing
procmails filtering capabilities?
Using Cyrus-IMAP 2.2+, how do you remove a virtual domain that is no
longer required? Creating is simple: add a user of [EMAIL PROTECTED] ... if I
remove all users fro that domain, will it auto-clean the directories? If
not, is it safe to just remove the appropriate directories?
Hallo Patrick,
sorry for asking silly questions, but can you tell me how?
it would be nice, if you can explain it with the example
below.
the user should have no quota on user.test but
a quota of 50 MB for the subfolders of inbox.
If the user creates another folder, the quota must
also count

There is no automated way to do this, and I'd be afraid to add one.

You're right, I probably misread the question... Having quotas on
subfolders, and no quota on the inbox, works. Having no quota on the
inbox, though, and automatically applying a quota to new subfolders
created there... well, that wouldn't.
Sorry -- I should wait 'til I'm awake to start

I've got a situation where quota -f deletes all quotas for mailboxes beyond
a certain point in the alphabet even though they exist. This in turn
causes mail delivery to fail with a System I/O error for those mailboxes
until I re-create the quotas. However, running quota -f again causes the

Hello,
I Tryed enabling qutoa support for cyrus on IMP but it was unsuccesfull.
I'd like IMP to display the user quota when a user logs with IMP web
mail. But even if I enabled it in IMP php configuration it won't show.
Anyone has a positive feedback about it ?
thanks
Rick

I've seen this happen after a mailbox was manually deleted from the spool
