The autocreate patch is fully functional when using virtual domains. Your
imapd.conf seems to be ok.
Nevertheless, autocreate is triggered when a user logs in and the inbox
does not exist. In any case, it does not work when cyrus administrator
creates the mailbox using cyradm.

Most simple stuff include rsyncing /var/spool/cyrus to another location
Or you can use Bacula backup software (where you can do various
scheduling of tasks, etc.)
Or you can use snapshoting on disk storage which can vary from using LVM
(on Linux)

Trying to move to virtual domains but can't seem to get the deliver
command to work the way I want. Maybe I shouldn't be using the -a
option but this is from a /etc/procmailrc rule. Moving from regular
