I'm having some advanced configuration issues and documentation is
scarce or non-existant.
Unless you know how to configure Apples IMAP or can figure it out
from examine the Apple modified sourc
Does the version of imapd you're installing have a requirement for bdb
4.3.28? If not, and it can work with 4.1.25, why not work with that?

I did find out the error, its because of this error that things are
not working well.

Logging usually goes to /var/log/maillog
(or whatever is defined in /etc/syslog.conf
for mail )

I have been able to setup cyrus on our Redhat Linux 3 ES server. And
all services seem to be running, but I am not able to login to the
IMAP server, and hence manage mail boxes. I cannot find any logs
