I've found I can/cannot authenticate with imtest depending on the
following combination of configure options (below). Does cyrus-imapd
have a sense of Berkeley DB v. GNU DBM? Using
--with-cyrus-prefix=/usr/local/cyrus --without-bdb --with-dblib=gdbm
doesn't seem to have any effect.
