How can lmtpproxy functionality be achieved with
cyrus-imapd-2.3.x? I mean if someone runs a
"Traditional" murder setup with discrete frontends,
and backends. I can't find a way to deliver mail from
frontend to backend either with lmtpunix or lmtp
"proxyd".

the build/install seems to go smoothly ... no obvious errors.
