I have a Cyrus installation (CentOS+Postfix) and by
mistake I have deleted one mail box (rm rf mailbox/) is there any
way I can get the mail box back?. I tried to use reconstruct but the command
gives as below:-

Hmmm, well, a non existent mailbox is no temprary failure, it's very
permanent. okay, in this case it's a false error, but to make another
error to circumvent that is not a smooth solution.
Perhaps you might want to set soft_bounce = yes in postfix' main.cf
until you have found the error.

it's easier to set a well documented option in postfix

I have seen this behavior. It happens when a mail account exists in
authentication (ie mysql) but when the mailbox doesn't exist yet.
Are you using autocreate inbox? If so, are you sure that the inbox
exists for these mailboxes prior to the message delivery? Or you could

I am guessing that the previous log entry is due to the fact that I don't use
certificate authentication with my imap clients. It it possible to stop cyrus
from outputting this
