Quota exclusion per mailbox?

I'm facing a rather annyoing problem, clients who tries to delete large mails/attachments sometimes can't do it - They get "over quota" in the process. I guess it's a design miss in the mua's, they copy the mail to the trashcan, and then delete it from the inbox.. Is there a way to either sk
