Hi,
I don't know of an Opteron series, but there are newer versions of
Cyrus which have fixed some bugs on x86_64.
I think the problem is that ld can't find the ssl library.
You should check the library Path and add the path where your ssl library is.

Dear Sir,
For one you are trying to compile a rather old version, I suggest you to
update persay to 2.3.9 if not 2.3.10?
If you are going to run 2.3 that is.
Additionally you did not give us any hints at what distribution you are
running, so I will make this simple in hopes it makes sense.

Dear List,
Is there any specific source of CyrusIMAP for AMD 64 Opteron series ?. I
am getting strange error while compiling CyrusIMAP2.3.1 on the above
said server. The error is as follows.

I was testing out Cyrus 2.3.10 and realized that when I set the option
delete_mode: delayed
I can not delete top-level mailboxes.
localhost.localdomain> lm
localhost.localdomain> cm user.bwong
localhost.localdomain> sam user.bwong c
localhost.localdomain> dm user.bwong
deletemailbox: Operation
Yes. The 'c' right controls CREATE/DELETE of mailboxes and the 'd'
right controls delete of messages. So, in your case, remove the 'c' right.

Hi!
I setup a cyrus 2.1.18 on debian sarge.
I tried to use a public IMAP folder and it works more or less fine.
One problem is annoying:
is it possible to set ACLs for the users to delete messages IN the
public folder but NOT delete the public folder

great on each server but I can't exchange the sasldb2 file from these
two servers. I know the problem are the realms in the sasldbs2. Both

this does not help. When deleting the mailbox I recognize that cyradm
