I didn't know if this was a general Cyrus
issue or a sasl issue so I sent to both lists.
I'm having a hard time finding and reconciling
documentation about how to set up multi-domain user authentication for Cyrus
IMAP using saslauthd, PAM and OpenLDAP. Any information, hints or
suggest
Rather than saying that this was unsupported, it complained
that it couldn't find the auth_ldap library. As I see it there are
two possibilities.
First, Cyrus doesn't support LDAP authentication this
way but rather through SASL, and therefore this message is meaningless -

I just did a checkout of the sasl and imap
trees. I think I have a problem with the SASL compile.
I ran 'sh SMakefile' which seemed to run
without errors. When I ran './configure' I saw a couple of
