Sorry if I'm beating a old horse, but what i am asking seems to be
different for various versions of cyrus.
I am running cyrus-1.2.12 on solaris.
i have 2 raid sets that serve my mail partitions
ie /imap1 and /imap2
each raid set contains several partitions
ie partition-a /i

I need to do some testing with lmtp. I notied in the cyrus.conf file
that is states "# at least one LMTP is required for delivery"
my question is CAN is run different lmtp's on the same machine.
I am runing cyrus-imapd-2.1.12

I ran into the same problem when migrating to cyrus. I turned off
polling due to it's harshness. Please send me the patch!!!

Thanks to everyone for their information...
I was keying in on the deliver.db because when we initially converted
to cyrus this database was a killer. I turned it off and things have
been better. That is until the "student test load" returned.
Now it looks like the mailboxes.db file is the gotcha.

I noticed something today
I have imapd.conf: duplicatesuppression: no
but I still have a /var/imap/deliver.db and it's time stamp indicated that
it is still being accessed/written to.
lsof of the lmtp process shows it is also accessed.
I am running
cyrus-imapd-2.1.12
does this
