Greetings. I'm building a 2.3.11 server from ports on FreeBSD 7.0/i386.
I'm also using these two University of Athens patches:

The FreeBSD ports collection now includes cyrus-imap 2.3.9_1.
I've looked, but couldn't find, anything describing what's changed in
this release from 2.3.9.
Thanks in advance for any pointers.

There may be a missing #include for a header file in the cyrus 2.3.9
sources.
Running make on cyrus 2.3.9 from the FreeBSD 6.2 ports collection
produces lots of these warnings:
"struct_et_list" declared inside parameter list.
I erroneously thought t
this error.
With a "real" IMAP client like Thunderbird, cyrus works fine.
Thanks in advance for clues on getting 2.3.9 patched correctly.

Is there a utility for Cyrus that monitors and reports on IMAP usage,
similar to what mailgraph or pflogsumm do for SMTP servers?
many thanks

Greetings. This is with cyrus-imapd-2.3.7 on FreeBSD 6.2-amd64.
Virtual setup all the way -- FreeBSD is on VMware Server 1.03. I'm using
virtusl domains and authenticating through MySQL per this howto:

and stays there until I manually restart imapd.

NFS does not work with cyrus. Been there, done that, didn't like

Greetings. Awhile back I set up cyrus and postfix using this excellent
howto:
http://www.wistful.net/wiki/Ed%27s_FreeBSD_Virtual_Mail_How-To
Using cyradm for mailbox maintenance, the 'lm' command only displays all
mailboxes if I log in as 'cyrus' and
Apologies if this has been asked before.
We are moving mail servers. The old ones ran courier-imap and the new ones
run cyrus-imap. We have to move existing messages, currently in Maildir
format, onto the new servers.
What's the best way to do this?
thanks

It's set to yes. I've pasted the complete imapd.conf below.
Again, I'm looking for info on where and how to escape the '@' symbol in
usernames with the form
The cyrus-imap FAQ says the '@' symbol must be escaped in cases where
the username is in the form '[EMAIL PROTECTED]':

Two questions about this:
1. Where (in which file) is the escape sequence needed?
2. Is the escape char

Nope, no joy.
I tried this with both ${user} and ${mailbox} settings in postfix's
master.cf, reloading postfix and imapd eac

Greetings. I'm a new cyrus-imap user with delivery-to-virtual-domains
problem.
I've set up a server with cyrus-imap 2.2.12, cyrus-sasl2, Postfix, MySQL,
and virtual domains. Mail inbound to users in virtual domains isn't being
delivered. SMTP and MySQL are working OK.
Postfix says it has handed o
