Thanks for the response, I did indeed mean dm user.kduke (which I realized
shortly after sending my initial email) but I am still running into troubles
per the following session:

I'm really not sure what's wrong here or why, but I seem to have users who
only partially exist. I went into cyradm to remove some of our old users who
are no longer with us and unable to create one user which is not listed when
I issue the lm command, per the following:
phoenix> lm
INBOX (\HasNoC
nd's server and everything seemed to be in order. I hope someone can
help me track down and fix this, as I have spent better than half the day
working on it and am now at a complete loss.
