I've begun my first attempt to configure Cyrus as an IMAP server and have
some trouble getting imtest to work correctly. I've followed the install
based on the README and the Install Cyrus HOW-TO and everything seems to work
up to this point.
When launching imtest -m login SERVER, I get a similar response to what's
listed, but my CAPABILITIY line displays no AUTH= mechanisms.

I'm not sure what to change or check to correct this. When proceeding with
my password, imtest errors out with "failure: prot layer failure" and doesn't
proceed.
I'm unable to connect with cyradm so I'm not sure I'm able to create any
accounts to try this with as a different user. cyradm accepts a connect
command, but errors with "cannot authenticate" after I enter my passwords.
Any direction I could be pointed in would be much appreciated.
