The problem is that is does not work. I receive a non delivering mail.
I read on the web that it's possible to access from any server to a
mailbox stored on another server. How can I do that ?

it happens when the application tries to read out of the buffer...
I found that imap is crashing if quotas.db is a multiple of 4096
the version of cyrus-imap I use is 2.3.1

I removed the db.h defined in the auth_pts.h
and now no more errors .

I want to manage quota with my MTA instead of using cyrus quota checking.
my MTA is exim , and I use lmtp to transfer emails to cyrus.
is there a possibility to read actual quota usage for a user in cyrus ?

but the folders are not autosubscribed.

I have found this in my /var/log/auth.log:
pam_tally: pam_get_uid; no such user test
it seems that pam_tally just uses /etc/passwd and can only use this file
are there any other solutions to lock down imap users after 3 attempts ???

Only two methods are working : cram and digest. I need to be compatible for
login and plain too :-/
