Client connects and some messages appear in mail log

Running 3 Cyrus-IMAPd servers: 2.2.3; 2.1.15; 2.1.13. We are currently replacing the 2.1.13 and 2.1.15 servers with 2.2.5 servers and implementing quotas. Was wondering a couple of things and ramifications about Cyrus-IMAPd administration: 1. Can I change a quota after it has been in place?

I know your out there Simon... RH9 (again...) I did your db4 solution with the cyrus-imapd-2.1.14.6 source. Rebuilt db4 and then installed it. Then rebuilt imapd. Great so far. Then I tried to rebuild cyrus-sasl-2.1.15-1 source and I get errors because db4-devel is there but not db3-devel. H
