I created a mailbox with cyradm 'cm user.test' and the user test connects to the
cyrus-server with his outlook express client. If this Outlook Express User tries to
create a top level folder in his view (creating a folder on the same level as the
inbox-folder, outbox-folder and sent-folder) -

In outlook express you need to set the root mailbox to INBOX (all caps).
I forget exactely where it is in the dialog boxes, but it should be
there somewhere.
