Hi all,
I am attempting to install Cyrus imapd 2.3.8 as an initial installation on a
Sparc system running Solaris 10.
sasl2 installed from cyrus-sasl-2.1.22.tar.gz without
problems
BerkeleyDB was installed from db-4.5.20.tar.gz without
errors
Configure
I am getting the following error after I run make.

Hi all.. First time poster here :-)
Ive tried to compile 4 different versions of Cyrus on my machine today and i
cant get three to get past ./configure.
cyrus-imapd-1.6.22.tar.gz
cyrus-imapd-1.6.24.tar.gz
cyrus-imapd-2.0.15.tar.gz
they all crap out because they cant find the Kerberos
This is not kerberos. Apparently you have ucd-snmp, but didn't
recompile it after you upgraded the kernel. Recompile/reinstall ucd-snmp,
or compile cyrus without snmp support.

Make sure you have ldap lib in /usr/local/lib/ if yes.
Try too put environnement variable LIBS with -lldap (or -lldapssl40 if you
use netscape API)
You can also patch libtool ( not correctely )
archive_cmds=\$LD -G\${allow_undefined_flag} -h \$soname -o \$lib
\$libobjs \$deplibs \$linkopts
I am trying to compile SASL, but I am having a problem. I have patched
it to support LDAP, but when I get to make I receive the following
error.
/bin/sh ../libtool --mode=link gcc -Wall -W -g -O2 -L/usr/local/lib
-Wl,-rpath,
/usr/local/lib -L/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.3.2/lib -L/usr/local/lib -o
