I configured Cyrus w/ the following options:
env CPPFLAGS=-I/spare/local/include -I/usr/kerberos/include
LDFLAGS=-L/spare/local/lib ./configure --prefix=/spare/local
--with-cyrus-prefix=/spare/local/cyrus --with-bdb=/spare/local
--with-bdb-libdir=/spare/local/lib
