crashing with lmtp deliver *only* on Shared Folders.
Using lmtptest, the server dies when
RCPT TO: <+any-shared-folder-mail-address>
by closing the connection. dmesg tells:
lmtpd[5838]: segfault at 16ce eip 0808f1
