I'm trying to configure postfix to deliver to my cyrus lmtpd. I read
the LMTP readme and configured my cyrus like this:
lmtp cmd="lmtpd -a -C /mail/mail2/etc/imapd.conf"
listen="host.name.tld:lmtp" prefork=10
hosts.deny says to deny all lmtp access, and hosts.allow accepts a
