I'm trying to configure postfix to deliver to my cyrus lmtpd. I read
the LMTP readme and configured my cyrus like this:
lmtp cmd=lmtpd -a -C /mail/mail2/etc/imapd.conf
listen=host.name.tld:lmtp prefork=10
hosts.deny says to deny all lmtp access, and hosts.allow accepts all

Stupid me. I did not have the lmtp line in my /etc/services on the
mailrelay host.
