A couple of things come to mind:
Topics: You can group all related email/newsgoups together (see: "Group
Topics" in Gnus manual).
Gwene: Gwene creates a news group out of RSS feeds. So you can bring all
your disparate feeds into one place, Gnus. Take a look at:
