I have them e-mail me with concerns, that way I can check in during the
day--even when II'm in the classroom. Every once in a while the
concern may warrant a phone call . . .

What? Problems? We have none
They usually call on the phone while I'm teaching, I'll take a quick
message and then ask them to call me after 1:00 for future problems so I
have time to change hats. Teachers
