Off the tech base, and not wanting to use the C word, but what does
everyone do in regard to high school social studies requirements?
Number of years? Required courses? Do you require Economics? Do
you have a consumer economics as an alternative . . .? Any help
would be beneficial--I
Prairie Valley requires 6 credits of Social Studies. 1 semester of
Geography, 1 semester of World History, 2 semesters of American History,
I semester of Government, and 1 semester of either Social Problems,
Sociology, or Contemporary American History.
