You could also tell him about SOCS - we get erate for socs and it is
pretty reasonable (and we don't have to host it or do any support).

Our teachers mostly use Nvu. there are a few (very few) that use
Dreamweaver, and 2 use Contribute.
Nvu = free
Dreamweaver = not so free
Contribute = nice middle road and ease of use.

What are other schools doing for teacher webpages?
I have looked at Nvu/Apple Weblogs/TeacherWeb, ideally I would have a
cheap to free solution. We don't need anything very fancy just the
ability to post homework and lesson plans.
