We have 40 iPod Touches and are using my desktop with one cardless iTunes
account that I refill with gift cards. I use the iPhone configuration utility
to lock them down.

We just gave grades 6-12 email accounts last week. We did not get parental
permission though. We are using the AEA's Smarter Mail solution for staff and
students now so they are both in one local spot.
