Just an FYI, E-Rate form 471 filing deadline is February 7th at 10:59pm Central time. If you have not yet filed form 471 and it has been after the 28 day waiting period from your 470 submission date I would recommend filling out the form ASAP.
I expect as usual that the sl.universalservice.org website will get slower as we approach the deadline. If you find that the website is not working or too slow to enter your form I would recommend accessing the website either late at night or early AM (Before 6am) to avoid the congestion.
