There are several test sites that are not available any more. Check you "Global.cfg" file and verify you do not have any entries for "Monkey" The company that provided the Monkey tests has stopped that service. As of last Sunday they are failing every email. I have had two schools stop getting email because the spam filter was holding all mail messages. If you are unsure email me your 'global.cfg' file from your imail/declude folder. Also send me a copy of your $default$.junkmail file and I will make the corrections for you.
