Just an FYI

I have the pricing sheet and am working on an order form for schools to fill
out. Here are the quick details on the agreement.

All participating schools will share the Implementation/Setup fees. $1500 <
11 buildings or $3500 form more than 11 buildings. There are discounts on
multi-year purchases.

If you are only purchasing TechAssessement there is a price break at 20k
licenses.

If purchasing any other product there are price breaks as low as 2500
licenses.

When I get the order form completed and approved I will get that out to all
the districts. The order form will include all the pricing. What I expect
is that each district will fill out the form as if they are the only
district purchasing. Once I have all the orders in I will notify the
purchasing districts the actual cost of the licenses based on the discounts
of all the districts ordering.

There will be 1 provided Professional Development day probably at our office
in Pocahontas. Districts can negotiate for additional training.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks.
