So...
The Microsoft Settlement application window starts today, but the site
(http://iowaschoolmicrosoftsettlement.com/) still shows the same old message
and was last updated in October. Anybody know what's up with that?

This page will load and then you need login info.
I have not logged in yet until I get the info I need.
