Here is the network Admin rule:
Call me once, you go on the list. Call me twice you go to the bottom of the
list so DON'T call me twice!
The other rule is that any problem takes two weeks. I just never tell the
staff when I am going to start the two week process.

day--even when II'm in the classroom. Every once in a while the
