Not sure if anyone is looking for web help desk software, but this
just came from the Apple SE. (NOT JUST A MACINTOSH SOFTWARE)
I looked at it three years ago and it was my #1 choice except for
cost. Went with Trouble Ticket Express (Also Free) and have no
issues with it. But hey free is free and this has a much nicer UI.
So there it is, let the flaming begin.
